How we handle personal information
Morrow & Vale is operated from New Zealand. We handle personal information in accordance with New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020 and other privacy requirements that apply to our handling of your information.
To process and deliver an order, we use relevant information such as your name, contact details, delivery address, order details and support correspondence. If required order information is not provided, we may be unable to fulfil the purchase.
International processing and fulfilment
Our store is hosted by Shopify and we also use payment, technology, supplier, fulfilment and delivery partners. Some of these providers may process information in countries other than New Zealand.
Where a product is fulfilled by a supplier or specialist fulfilment partner, we provide only the information reasonably needed to process and deliver the order. The fulfilment route may differ by destination. We are building separate supply and delivery arrangements for New Zealand, the United States and China rather than assuming every order ships from New Zealand.
Product availability, expected delivery timing and material fulfilment information will be shown on the relevant product page or at checkout where available.
Your privacy choices
You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, through our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before releasing personal information.
